Firefighters were called to a home on Brenwood Ave. for a house on fire with one man possibly trapped. First
arriving units found heavy smoke showing and an initial attack was made. Truck companies made entry through the rear of the
house where the man was last seen. FF. Jewels from TL-9 found the man near the rear door & with help from firefighters
on Ladder 18 & Engine 2 pulled him from the house. The man was transported to the hospital by Rescue 2. The fire
was contained within a few minutes.
